This
trampoline fitness session includes HIIT Cardio and other exuberant activities
to make you healthy and vigorous. It also claims to burn up to 500 calories in
45 minutes. However, you might have heard that this workout session is all
about losing weight, but let me tell you that this session is for everyone
despite their weights, shape, or injuries that restrict you from weight
training. Since I am underweight and wanted to know if this is beneficial for
me to join the session or not, I inquired the instructor Zain Warsi, who is a
certified trampoline workout trainer, and got to know all this. He will be
holding separate exercises for different groups of people according to their
need. He even mentioned that he trains people who have some minor injuries
moulding the exercise according to what their bodies allow. Sounds cool and
co-operative? Yes, it is!
So don't
waste your summers anymore thinking why am I not going on vacations or doing an
internship and where should I utilize my time and then ending up sleeping
